I'm excited to present my keynote, “Moving the Dial to Count Her In,” at the upcoming Women in Leadership Summit. In this session, I will discuss practical steps leaders can take to support and invest in women’s economic development. 

 

Embracing diverse perspectives is essential for fostering an inclusive environment that enhances decision-making. It's time to turn awareness into meaningful action. Organisations can create real change by transforming strategies into clear, actionable plans. This means setting specific goals, launching targeted programs, and measuring progress.  

 

Taking an intersectional approach is also key. By recognising how factors like race and class influence economic opportunities, we can more effectively address diverse challenges and promote equal pay.
